NETFLOOR H2 2026 - 2027

Vision and Implementation

1. Adapting the Rapidly Changing Market Conditions
Transit through the Strait of Hormuz remains unsafe in mid-2026, resulting in sharply increased and high transportation costs to Gulf countries. During the first half of 2026, the market continued to face significant challenges, including high U.S. tariffs, labor shortages, and shifting cost structures. These uncertainties remain and it is difficult to predict when conditions will stabilize.
Despite these challenges, we expect sales of both Taiwan- and China-produced low-profile and conventional access floor systems to remain stable. In view of the elevated ocean freight costs and increasing emphasis on environmental sustainability, we plan to expand our product offerings beginning in H2 2026 by supplying all-steel access floor panel systems to certain emerging market segments, including data centers, equipment rooms, logistics warehouses, and distribution centers.
2. Corporate Structure & Production Facilities
• Taiwan Plants: ECO, Camass, FloatBond, Floor Box, understructures & metal parts.
• China Plants: STACO, STACO All-Steel, CamassCrete, and Alcore access panels.
• R&D: Collaboration between Taiwan and China facilities ensures product innovation and efficiency.
3. Key Developments 2026
• Suspension of STACO production in Taiwan due to cost and labor shortages.
• Consolidation of STACO supply from China plants.
• Continued partial tariff absorption strategies in the US market.
4. Strategic Priorities H2 2026 and 2027
1. Supply Chain Optimization: Enhance production flexibility between Taiwan and China.
2. Product Innovation: Broaden ECO and low-profile system offerings.
3. Market Expansion: Focus on Southeast Asia, Gulf region and Latin America for growth opportunities.
4. Sustainability: Improve efficiency and adopt greener processes.
5. Financial Outlook (H2 2026 to 2027)
Revenue trends indicate resilience despite tariff challenges. Cost management strategies will continue to mitigate external pressures.
6. Corporate Commitment
• Quality assurance across all plants.
• Customer-first service and support.
• Continued R&D investment to deliver innovative flooring solutions.

Look Forward to A Promising 2026~2027

Northern America

Rising tariffs have impacted sales in the USA. We remain hopeful that market
conditions will improve in 2026.

EC and UK

Business in the European Community and the UK has been in decline for several
years. While we continue to perform well in Spain, progress in other EC countries
and the UK remains limited. Our Floatbond product line has been successfully
exported to Benelux and Scandinavia for several years, and we look forward to
expanding into additional EC markets.

Gulf nations and Egypt

The Gulf region has historically been one of Netfloor’s strongest markets. Sales
declined during the COVID-19 period but began to recover in early 2025, with
significant inquiries from Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE. We expect this growth
momentum to continue through 2026 and 2027..

South East Asia

Sales in Asia remain stable in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, while Japan continues
to be a steady market for the ECO series. Vietnam, Thailand, and Brunei are
emerging as our new focus markets in the region.

South America

Brazil and Chile continue to offer strong potential for Netfloor’s ECO and ZoneTeq
systems.

Caribbean

Increasing potential market for ECO series.
