A recently case was that a job site which was installed in 2003. Due to the new owner changed applications of the office site, and decided to abandon the existing floorings.
The contractor removes CA611 system from the job site
Removed UniPanel (CA611) stacked on pallets, in good condition.
UniPanel (CA611): 100% removed, and sent to Netfloor, Inc. warehouse for recycling.
Steel caps: 100% removed, and collected by “scrap iron recycler” for recycling.
Dumpling cost to the new owner/contractor: none.
Sub-floor “adhesives residue” cleaning cost: none. Due to no glue was used for bonding the Netfloor, no cleaning cost of adhesives residual on old sub-floor.
